K1 Game Agent Program Model
The program has three connected levels: K1 Game manages approval and settlement, contract promoters recruit and support agent teams, and independent sub-agents develop qualifying player activity. The earnings formula changes by role so the same activity is never paid twice.
Independent Agent
Earns CPA, unlimited-level turnover rebate and direct-player deposit match.
Part-Time Promoter
Earns Rs 30,000 base at KPI plus 5% of sub-agent monthly commissions.
Full-Time Promoter
Earns Rs 60,000 base at KPI plus 10% of sub-agent monthly commissions.
K1 Game Team
Reviews applications, provides onboarding and settles salary and commission records.
From Application to Monthly Settlement

A registered K1 Game player contacts the official agent manager and provides the requested applicant information.

K1 Game reviews the applicant
The official team reviews availability, promotion channels and the preferred part-time or full-time role.

Approved promoter receives onboarding
The team explains communication logs, active sub-agent targets, salary rules and commission calculations.

Promoter recruits sub-agents
The approved promoter builds and supports a network of independent agents who acquire and maintain active players.

Sub-agents generate commission
Independent sub-agents earn CPA, turnover rebate and deposit match from their qualifying market activity.

Promoter receives salary and override
K1 Game calculates the KPI-adjusted base plus 5% or 10% of sub-agents' monthly commission totals.
Part-Time and Full-Time Promoter Roles

Both roles also require weekly chat or community activity logs. Base salary is prorated when the relevant minimum KPI is not reached.
Independent Agent Baseline Income
Independent sub-agents use a separate market formula: CPA for active new registrations + turnover rebate + direct-player deposit match. Their total commission becomes the baseline used when the parent promoter's 5% or 10% override is calculated.
No-Duplicate Commission Rule
CPA, turnover and deposit rewards are already included in sub-agent commission. A salaried promoter receives only the contract base salary plus the stated commission override from those sub-agent totals; the baseline earnings are not added again.
